This policy explains how Chandler Tactical Firearms LLC (“we,” “us,” and “our”) handles personal information submitted through chandlertactical.com. Our separately operated online shop and third-party websites have their own privacy practices.

When you contact us, start a project, request an item, or submit FFL transfer details, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, firearm or item details, transfer information, project notes, and reference images or PDF files.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a general website form unless we specifically ask for it. Payment information and online-store orders are handled by the providers used by our separate online shop, not by the forms on this website.

Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and measure aggregate usage. This can include IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, referring page, approximate region, and timestamps.
We use website analytics to understand overall traffic and performance. We do not currently use this website’s analytics for targeted advertising or sell website-visitor data.

Website inquiries are delivered through Resend. Reference files are stored with Vercel and may be shared with our team through time-limited links. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transaction.

Retention and security
We keep inquiries, project details, and uploaded reference files only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary based on the request and applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including private file storage and time-limited download links for submitted reference files. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
We do not sell personal information. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply.
You can limit many browser technologies through your browser or device settings. Service-related communications about an inquiry or project are not promotional messages.

Links to our online shop, Google Maps, Instagram, Cerakote, training providers, and other third-party services are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their practices.
This website is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
