Individual privacy rights

We do not sell personal information for purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, a copy, correction, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or deletion. We may require identity verification before fulfilling a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

11

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill the purpose of collection, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

We take reasonable security steps but cannot guarantee that internet transmission or storage is completely secure. We may send security, privacy, and administrative notices electronically.

14

Website and product disclaimer

Product availability, one-of-a-kind items, descriptions, and prices can change without notice. We describe used items according to our assessment and sell them as marked; used-item sales are final.

We sell and ship firearms, magazines, receivers, ammunition, and restricted items subject to federal, state, and local law. You are responsible for checking the law applicable to your location before ordering.

We ship new firearms in original manufacturer packaging with included magazines, accessories, and applicable warranty. Manufacturer warranty procedures and exclusions may apply to accessories, special orders, and integrated custom packages.

15

Online orders and fulfillment

We fulfill orders from warehouse or store inventory within 3–10 business days through common carriers, with tracking available for UPS and FedEx shipments.

We reserve the right to correct online title, description, image, accessory, availability, and price errors, refuse or cancel an affected order, contact you before processing, and require return of an incorrectly shipped unopened item before refund.

Ammunition purchases are subject to age and location restrictions, adult-signature ground shipping, and all applicable law. You must select ammunition appropriate for your firearm.
